We Believe that there is one living and true GOD, eternally existing in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, equal in power and glory; this triune God created all, upholds all, and governs all.

A is ACCEPT:
Accept that we are all sinners and that Jesus died for our sin.
Romans 3:23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, Romans 5:8 But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

B is BELIEVE:
Believe in Jesus. It is that simple.
Acts 16:31 So they said, "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household."

C is CONFESS:
Confess that you are a sinner and that Jesus is your Saviour.
Romans 10:9 That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.
Romans 10:13 For "whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.

D is to DO:
Now that you have received Jesus as your Saviour, live in obedience to his word.
Matthew 7:21 "Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven”
James 1:22 But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.

Having sincerely followed the ABCD of salvation, you can now truly say: “I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me, and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me" [Galatians 2:20]

Jesus tells us in John chapter 3 and verse 7 that we must not be surprized that He says we must be born-again.

John 3:7 "Do not marvel that I said to you, 'You must be born again."
